Hair Cut?

We Did it.! Hyrum got his very first big boy hair cut.! We had a professional photographer photograph the whole thing and she also did 'after shots'. These are just a couple of teasers until we get the awesome professional pictures.

Hyrum did great! I was afraid he would be scared or fussy. But boy was I wrong. He sat there like a big boy all by himself and didn't need mommy or daddys lap for support. My BABY is GROWING UP!!

Monster Attack!

Last night I watched Abigail for Heather and Charles so they could go to the temple. I was excited to see how Hyrum would interact with another 1yr old. Everything turned out Great!.

They absolutly had a blast. They chased each other around the apartment, shared Hyrums toys, along with paci's, cups, and each others dinner! We had a jam fest with Hyrums musical table, and even added two pots with wooden spoons.

Earlier that day me, Hyrum and Jessica went to the Point Defiance Zoo for the first time, and Hyrum wouldn't take a nap at all, all day. Around 5:30ish I tried to put Hyrum down for a little nap because he was getting restless and a little fussy.

The whole nap thing didn't work out. Hyrum was too excited to have a friend over, and when i put him in bed and shut his door, he immediatly stood up and started screeming. Little Abigail stood at his bedroom door knocking for him to let her in.

So, Abigail and I went in and joined Hyrum. Abigail taught Hyrum how to jump in bed and name the animals on his bumper in baby language. Then it happened...... Abigail turned into a monster! they had a blast. I got some video of the monster attack! I hope all of you get as big of a laugh as I did.!!

Handy Man

Hyrum Loves spending time with his daddy and watching him work. Hyrum LOVES tools and likes to help dad out.

These are pictures of Ricky putting in a new faucet, and Hyrum was crawling in and out helping daddy work.

Hello Ladies,
My name is Hyrum. I'm hear looking for a gal who has most or all of the same interests as me. Because I am having my mommy write this for me, I will keep it short and get straight to it.

First of all, I love long strolls through the park. I enjoy swimming in lakes and swimming pools. Fruits and veggies are great snacks; carrot sticks inparticular when I'm cutting teeth.

I enjoy playing chase with my mom and dad, playing with my tractor trucks and tonka dump truck to name a few. If this hasn't caught your eye already, my next most favorite thing to do for my mom is poop in the bath tub.

Birthday Boy

Sautrday September 5th, 2009 we celebrated Hyrum's 1yr birthday.! It turned out great and was a lot of fun despite the on and off rain. We had lots of food, swimming and some tractor rides and pictures.

I did not take very many pictures of the whole party myself, but Mo Simon took professional pics that I will post and share with everybody as I get them.
