Volunteer Park

This weekend we went to Volunteer Park on Capital Hill with our friends Jessica and Ryan. We walked around, went up the water tower, went through the atrium, and played at one of the parks. We had a good time. Afterwards we went back to their place and Ryan made us some speghetti. Bellow are pictures of our day, I should have taken more, it's a really cool park. This was Hyrums VERY FIRST time to play on a playground, and swing and go down a slide. He LOVED it. He laughed the hole time in the swing.

"This is fun!"

Two Things.

First off, Ricky and I got a copy of the Book of Mormon for Latter-Day Saint Families (and even got it engraved with "The Leiser Family" at the bottom center) and we have started reading that every night before bed. I love it, it's large print, has more illistrations, and tons of helps and explinations and vocabulary definitions. The text in this edition of the Book of Mormon has not been changed in any way from you regular Book of Mormon, it just has a ton more "helps" at the bottom of the page to help people understand words and what each verse and chapter are talking about... Boy, have I learned sooooooo many things that I probably would not have ever picked up or understood on my own just by reading my regular set of scriptures. The "helps" and vocubulary definitions throughout, really are a huge help. I definitly and HIGHLEY recommend it for all families and people (even those who don't have children).

On another note. Ricky, Hyrum and I will be sealed as a family for time and all eternity just two weeks from Today.!! We are excited and can't wait.! What a great day that will be for us. And my mom and dad will be here to witness it.!!

!Bubbles!

A few nights ago Hyrum had his very first bubble bath. He seemed to enjoy it a lot. I used it as an opportunity to try out diffrent settings on my camera. Plus, it was his first bubble bath, so of course I was going to be taking pictures of it.! He is growing so fast.! (Slow Down Hyrum!)
