Music Man

Recently I have started pulling out my musical instruments and having jam sessions with my boys Hyrum and Marvin.

Hyrum has a pretty good beat. He was just about done playing by the time I started to record. I'll have to try again soon.! :)

He loves jammin with the drum sticks. I leave a pair out for him now to play with as he pleases.

More Birthdays

This month was Marvin AND Rickys b-day. Marvin turned 11yrs old and Ricky turned the big 25! He can now rent cars!

For their party we had a joint celebration for the two of them at Laser Quest. They got to play 2 rounds of laser tag before stuffing their faces with pizza, cake, icecream, and an over abundance of gifts.

This is Vicky and Carol. they are Sisters. Both moved here from Kenya to seek greener pastures in this Country.

Mothers Day

Mothers day was great this year. I got spoiled! Vicky sent me and the boys on a mothers day dinner Argosy cruise. And I got a gift card to Massage Envy to get a nice massage and to have some relaxation!

Uncle Aaron came to stay with us for 2 nights! Hyrum loved every second of it. He was flying through on his way home from Japan, his next destination is WA, DC.

11yrs Old

'Tis the month for Birthdays! Last week Marvin turned 11yrs old! We didn't do anything huge last week for his bday because he will be having a party this comming Saturday at Laser Quest.

To celebrate the evening, Marvin and I went and ate dinner at Monster Burger, then I took him to Als and let him spend all of his money ($40) he baught a nintendo 64 and a game.

then we went home and went about the evening as usual. Once his mom got off of work we sent Marvin home and his mother pretended to take the garbage out (really came over) then Ricky called Marvin and told him he needed him for a quick second.

We turned out all of the lights and surprised Marvin when he came in singing Happy Birthday.

He got a Wimpy Kid diary book and a new Wii game. (more gifts to come this weekend)

Marvin got Hyrum an outfit that Says;

So, of course I had to get a couple pictures of them together as brothers.

I have three Silley boys... i think it's time to add a girl to the mix.. ;)


I took this photo yesterday just to show off how strong hyrums core is. and he's got some amazing balance! I can't even balance myself for this long on my exercise ball. ;)
